ETCA co-sponsored the Knoxville/Oak Ridge Chinese New Year Celebration Art Performance party on Saturday evening (7:00pm-10:00pm), February 5, 2000, in Ballroom 213, University Center, Univeristy of Tennessee.  This is the biggest local Chinese cultural event in a year.
