ETCA email listserv is now at (ETCA-L@yahoogroups.com). This email listserv is kindly provided by Yahoo! Groups.

ETCA GroupMail can be used by active ETCA members only. Active members can send G-mails to the communication . ETCA alumni are welcome to link for purpose of information and may post a mail via an active ETCA member. ETCA council reserves the right to block non-member's G-mail sent via this group mail system.
